OUR CLEANING PROCESS
When we arrive, we will do a thorough pre-inspection to determine the best cleaning method while also inspecting the condition of your carpet.
Step 1 – Pre-spot all existing spots throughout the carpet.
Step 2 – We will pre-spray the carpet with an emulsifying cleaning solution to loosen the soil and oils attached to the carpet fibers.
Step 3 – The next step is to distribute a cleaning solution evenly throughout the carpeting to further loosen and suspend soil.
Step 4– We will then steam clean all carpeting with a PH neutralizing rinse and remove any residues to leave your carpet feeling soft to the touch and looking brand new again.
Step 5 – A commercial fan will be placed to assist the dry time, allowing the carpets to dry quickly.
Step 6 – We will then do a post-inspection with the client to ensure you are more than happy with the results.
