GROUT
Grout is always porous, as it absorbs dirt and spills very easily. Mopping up stains on grout isn’t effective, as it can cause the grout to appear darker than its natural color. However, a top-quality cleaning solution can easily remove years of soil buildup on the surface tile and the grout. Our highly effective hard surface cleaning solution will safely remove years of built-up dirt and soil and make the tile and grout surface appear brand new. Our cleaning professionals save you a lot of time and money from having to do it yourself. On the other hand, using strong chemicals on natural stone and grout can damage them over time. Diamond Steemers is trained to effectively clean tile and grout safely and achieve the best results.
TILE AND GROUT CLEANING PROCESS
Step 1– Pre-inspect condition of the tile and grout. We will also determine the type of tile and which cleaning process is needed.
Step 2– Apply a specialty solution made for a specific tile and allow dwell time.
Step 3– Agitate solution throughout the tile and grout.
Step 4– Rinse the cleaning solution with 240F hot water and 900 psi to thoroughly rinse and remove soil and solution.
Step 5– Quickly dry tile and grout with a commercial fan.
SEALING GROUT
Sealing grout doesn’t only limit the development of imperfections but it also closes off difficult to reach places. Grout sealer is used to absorb into the grout after the imperfections have been extracted by a professional cleaning. This prevents these spills from absorbing into the grout while also helping professionals clean the grout more effectively in the future. Ultimately, this protects your flooring. We understand that our customers want to see immediate results when they contact us, and ensure the surface stays clean for a long time. Sealing grout is a fantastic way to ensure that happens!
